An In House Winery is an area with attractive stainless steel tanks along with other equipment that is required to produce wines. The area does not have to be very large – as little as 300 square feet. The WE system has been specifically designed to be compact, yet highly efficient - fully supported, straight forward installations.
Make a variety of your own wines from local fruits or prepared juices. It is surprisingly easy to do and the quality equals that of the most popular wines available commercially. Our system comes with everything you require to offer your own vintages - no matter where you are located.

By making the wines yourself using essentially the same methods as a commercial winery, you eliminate the “middle man” along with the mark-ups, taxes, shipping charges and expensive packaging between you and the distributor. Your in house wines can be bottled on site, or packaged in kegs or bag-in-box to serve on tap! Taste samples can now be offered at a cost of a few pennies.

The following is an example of a typical system featuring 3 x 300 Litre fermenters. Other sizes of tanks are available. It can produce over 3,000 Litres (800 US gallons, equivalent to 88 cases) of quality wine on a year-round basis. Make as many styles of wine you want in any batch size with our Italian made variable capacity fermenters. Just bring in your juice and start making wine!
