Stainless steel variable capacity tanks are made in Italy from 18/10 grade #304 stainless.   They are ideal  for fermentation, transfer or storage in a variety of applications including boutique wineries, kombucha breweries, meaderies and cider houses and cold press producers.  The floating lid seals in place where required, providing a dust free and oxygen free environment which allows processing of variable size batches.  

These tanks come with standard equipment, already to use:

• 3/4" ID stainless steel swivel valve 

• Floating lid air system with gasket, hand pump & manometer, pressure release valve and tubing
